The country has now moved to COVID-19 Alert Level 3. What this means for us is we are once again able to physically repair your devices at our workshop. If your Laptop, Computer, iPhone, or Tablet needs repair, we can help! Our normal business operations have recommenced and we are able to give you our usual top-notch service.
We are following government health and safety guidelines, and have implemented changes to ensure the safety of our customers, staff, community, and families. Our retail shopfront will not be open to the public and all transactions will be done in a contact-less manner. We can arrange for you to drop off and collect your device, or we can pick it up from your doorstep and drop it back again at a pre-arranged time.
Our Operations under Alert Level 3
- Our Workshop has a dedicated Contact-less Pickup & Drop-off point at our normal address (180 Shakespeare Street, Leamington Cambridge), for all device repair services.
- Pickup and delivery of all items are fully contact-less. Instruction to facilitate this will be provided upon your booking confirmation. Social Distancing measures must be taken to ensure safety.
- Payment for services provided is also contact-less. Payment must be made prior to you receiving your completed job, we offer online banking, credit card, pay wave, and other facilities that can be discussed.
- Our workshop and staff will be using all appropriate safety gear, sanitizing, and cleaning all devices regularly, including before and after commencing your repair work. Social distancing will also be adhered to strictly between staff members.
